Lounsbury Associates Companies provided topsides engineering support and modifications to Williams’ proposed Gulfstar Standard Design, a spar-based floating production system. Additional services included conceptual design, front-end engineering design (FEED), and project management. The Gulfstar Standard Design is a classic spar hull with traditional three-level topsides. Its design is based off of the Gulfstar 1, the first spar-based FPS with major components built in the U.S.
