Lounsbury Associates Companies’ scope of work for Delta House, an independent, semi-submersible floating production system (FPS), included multidisciplinary engineering design for the platform’s topsides. Our topsides drafting/design team utilized PDMS software to develop a complete production facility model. Our procurement department collaborated with LLOG Exploration Co. LLC’s purchasing staff to procure all of the topsides equipment.

Project Overview

• Water depth is approximately 5,000 ft
• All production is via subsea wells
• Design capabilities: 80,000 BOPD, 200 MMSCFD and 40,000 BWPD
• One departing oil and one departing gas sales pipeline
• Designed to USCG and BSEE regulations
• DNV is the classifying agency on the hull and CVA on the topsides
